All three apartments are located in the same new building, approximately ca.1000m from the sea. 
The nearest supermarket is located within 100m and there is a restaurant within 200m.
Apartments include satellite TV, air conditioning (+5 Euro per day) and a furnished terrace. 
We especially recommend the features of Apartment A1: Suits 4-5 persons, two double rooms, kitchen with kitchenette and dining corner, additional bed, shower/WC, satellite TV, coffee machine, circa 40m², terrace ca.5m², second floor with sea view.
You may arrive at any time of day after check-in commences. Check-In is after 12:00pm, Check-Out is by 10:00am. Directions to the apartments can be found in the contact category.

HOUSE RULES:

 

The following rules apply to all apartment users.

Stay commences from 1400 on the first day of booking and concludes at 1000 on the day of departure. The day of departure is not included in the total number of days booked.

The designated period of night rest is from 23:00 to 08:00 in Dalmata Apartments. Guests are requested to not make too much noise during this period out of respect for other guests.

Guests are only permitted to use air conditioning while in the apartment.

Thorough cleaning of the apartments is undertaken prior to the arrival of guests. Bed linen, towels, trash bags, toilet paper and kitchen paper is supplied on arrival. Additional quantities of these items must be organized by guests.

Bed linen is changed prior to the arrival of each guest and remains for the duration of a guest’s stay.  For stays of longer than ten days, linen is changed every tenth day.

Guests are responsible for their keys and securing the premises as they enter and leave. The owner assumes no liability for theft as a result of the visitor’s negligence.

Visitors are responsible for the use of all appliances and devices. Before leaving the premises, all appliances must be turned off.

The host reserves the right to enter unoccupied premises in special circumstances, to prevent damage, such as water and fire and to close windows in the event of thunderstorms. The visitor will be made aware of the owner’s reason for entry if rooms are entered.

No visitors who are not registered as DALMATA guests can stay in the apartments overnight. The host must be informed of any additional guests.

It is also prohibited to bring weapons, drugs and other dangerous or highly flammable objects into the house. Additional machinery or equipment is only permitted with the consent of the owner.

The owner is not liable for missing items or valuables from the apartment.
